Francesca is pleased to return to sing the U.S. National Anthem at the 16th Annual ALADS Banquet. The annual banquet helps to raise funds for the non-profit charitable foundation ALADS C.A.R.E.S. (Cops And Relatives Emergency Support), to provide care for the families of injured and/or incapacitated officers.
